What is “SMART” , you have told us what it is not , but what really is it?
I think it is both of the things he said he does not like , bu should be managed in a new way , we cannot just eat up the countryside and future land assets , we need to create new awareness in just how valuable space is and make sure those who have , pay for that privilege through taxes and those who don’t , need help to be self aware and involve them in the creation and maintenance of their immediate surroundings.
